Whether you’re just looking to attend, or want to help either in front of or behind the scenes, learn how to GET INVOLVED and help make this year’s event the BEST EVER!
This RACE is truly fueld by volunteers. We could not do any o this without the help of a team of devoted volunteers. There are so many ways to help. Become a part of Race for Time by volunteering to:
- Set Up or Clean Up (At Depot Park)
- Assist Cancer Patients and their families as they arrive in Ardmore
- Help our VIP guests with crafts, games and other activities at the Hotel Conference Room Saturday.
- Assist at Southern Oklahoma Speedway Saturday night as our kids are treated to a ride in a real race car, dinner and a night of racing
- Assist our families on Sunday as they depart the hotel!
- Run One of our Carnival-style Games Sunday at Depot Park (game and instructions are provided)
